Finally nailed down the annoying "last post" issue. The code now accurately reflects the last post and provides a working link to the last post… a _vast_ improvement to the original code. The forum works. My opinion of the developer's choices are pretty much irrelevant. They can be repaired.

The forum is now accessible from the main site. Clicking the article title takes the user straight to the appropriate reply page on the forum. The other two choices take the user to the section index and the forum index.

I also added an extra field to the database to determine whether or not a post is an article for the magazine or not. This way, their are no posting restrictions inside of editorials or features. That should prevent any confusion about posting privileges. I'd rather let it ride and use code to keep everybody in line rather than put up onerous blocks in the way of readers. I want people to enjoy themselves here.

I guess that means it's Showtime.
