Success. The resource section successfully transferred to the SQL server.

That solves a major headache. I didn't want to trash Resources and now I don't have to trash it. Good.

Next on the list is solving the little matter of editorials and features forum. Right now, only writers can make the first post but everyone is free to reply. The reason is that Cyberista pulls the initial articles in those sections as articles in the magazine. That's a bit confusing to the average reader and might turn people off from participating. At the same time, I can't let people just randomly put stuff into the magazine. The solution is to create an additional variable that indicates it is a published article or not. Just a boolean variable should do the trick. That way, people won't wonder why they can't post something inside those two sections.

Dynamic, fluid design with a dash of _thinking_ allows people to do whatever they want without users even being aware of the restrictions placed against them. There was a time when our government worked that way. The U.S. Constitution is the best example I can think of to illustrate dynamic design. I'll save these thoughts for the Tech Design notes in About Us.
